I am an EMCC-certified professional coach, Process Communication Model\u00ae practitioner, and change management expert. With a background in business consulting and humanitarian work, people have always been at the heart of my ambitions.<\/p>

I created Evolo Coaching to help individuals and teams grow and transform by building meaning and aligning their goals and objectives. The name Evolo comes from Latin, meaning to soar, with the underlying idea of evolution and momentum: that subtle moment when you build on what is there to move forward in a different way, with greater clarity, accuracy and inspiration.<\/p>

The core of my work is to support you in moving forward with clarity and confidence to achieve your individual and collective goals. Through constant movement, you become the actor of your own evolution, balancing concrete results and personal development.\u00a0<\/p>

After four years in business consulting and more than seven years in the humanitarian sector, I wanted to create a space for support that is human, strategic and grounded in reality. I offer spaces for listening, reflection and transformation, where bearings are shifting.<\/p>

I offer individual and group support focused on inclusive leadership, managerial posture, knowledge and management of oneself and others, team dynamics
et les \u00e9volutions organisationnelles.<\/p>
