Our coaching programme creates a safe space to guide you through change. From your first step to achieving your goals, we’ll be by your side—asking the right questions, offering resources and insights, actively listening, and supporting you every step of the way.
We know how motivating it is to meet inspiring people who have already made the leap or who can offer fresh perspectives from outside our sector. That’s why we invite special guests to our webinars—professionals from outside the multilateral world who share their journeys and insights.

I’m Chloé
I’m Chloé, a certified professional coach (EMCC and Process Communication Model®) and change management expert.
I spent four years in business consulting (Ennovate, Deloitte) before joining the humanitarian sector for seven years (MSF, ICRC, Première Urgence Internationale).
The common thread throughout my career has always been people — they have always been at the heart of my ambitions. First, as a consultant, I learned to deeply understand clients’ needs across diverse industries in both the private and public sectors. There I developed strong professionalism and analytical skills, as well as valuable insights into workplace dynamics. Then in the humanitarian sector where I found a deep sense of purpose. In my career as a humanitarian I had the chance to work both at headquarter and in the field (Irak, Sudan, Chad amongst others).
I am now at a stage in my career where I want to keep helping people with even more proximity. That is why I set up Evolo Coaching in 2024, to help individuals and teams grow and transform by constructing meaningful purpose and aligning their goals and objectives.
My core business is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence, harmonising who you are with what you do.
By constantly setting yourself in motion, you become the actor in your own evolution, balancing concrete results and personal development.
From The Un To Entrepreneurship
I’m Mara
I started my career in the private sector in Switzerland, before moving to non-profit. I joined the UN World Food Programme (WFP) in 2018 as a Swiss JPO, where I was deeply inspired by the organisation’s mandate.
In 2023, I decided to sharpen my business skills and moved to Dubai to work in shipping—a bustling city that never sleep. I understood the power of a network, where people spend their time working and connecting—I really enjoyed the after-work events, meeting people from all walks of life.
Deriving meaning and impact from my work has always been essential to me, which is why I decided to chart a third way: my own business with Arche, bridging the private and humanitarian sectors.
With Shift With Purpose, I want to show you that countless opportunities exist out there. It’s all about staying connected to people who open doors for you, getting out of the comfort zone while being kind to yourself, and remaining optimistic about life!
