Evolo Coaching Founder

I am an EMCC-certified professional coach, Process Communication Model® practitioner, and change management expert. With a background in business consulting and humanitarian work, people have always been at the heart of my ambitions.

I created Evolo Coaching to help individuals and teams grow and transform by building meaning and aligning their goals and objectives. The name Evolo comes from Latin, meaning to soar, with the underlying idea of evolution and momentum: that subtle moment when you build on what is there to move forward in a different way, with greater clarity, accuracy and inspiration.

The core of my work is to support you in moving forward with clarity and confidence to achieve your individual and collective goals. Through constant movement, you become the actor of your own evolution, balancing concrete results and personal development.

After four years in business consulting and more than seven years in the humanitarian sector, I wanted to create a space for support that is human, strategic and grounded in reality. I offer spaces for listening, reflection and transformation, where bearings are shifting.

I offer individual and group support focused on inclusive leadership, managerial posture, knowledge and management of oneself and others, team dynamics

I work with those who wish to move forward in an aligned and sustainable way, often in complex contexts.

I am Fannie Bergeron

After more than 15 years of professional experience working for large corporations in the areas of business development and transformation support, I founded my own company: Originales. I contribute to the growth of individuals, teams, and organizations through three complementary approaches: coaching, training, and teaching.

I offer a secure resource space to develop the autonomy,
responsibility, and performance of men and women, thereby enabling them to understand the complexity we face as individuals, groups, and organizations.

I have this somewhat utopian dream of participating in this vast movement to humanize organizations through MEANING and AWARENESS.

I am Lionel Fabrizi

I am a certified professional coach and director of Quercia.

With over 25 years of experience leading strategies and transformations in demanding environments (high-tech, automotive, metallurgy, mid-sized companies), as Human Resources Director and member of executive committees, I founded Quercia to support executives, teams, and organizations in their quest for performance, agility, and meaning.

My role? To help you build on your strengths to move forward differently, with greater clarity, consistency, and collective energy.

My approach is based on a deep conviction rooted in my experience: collective success comes from aligning vision, governance, and leadership.
