After an initial consultation call, we will define your objectives and the scope of the coaching: over several months, a single session focused on a specific need, ad hoc PCM debriefing, etc.
Together with my trusted partners, all of whom are certified professional coaches, we co-facilitate our team and organizational coaching sessions to bring a diverse and complementary perspective to your challenges. AN ESTABLISHED METHODOLOGY:
Tools and concepts derived from Coach & Team® culture, inspired by systemic approaches, the Rogerian approach, humanistic psychology, and learning and management sciences.
Use of the Process Communication Model® tool and personality questionnaire to decode human interactions and learn each person's language in a complementary way.
Our professional experience combines structure and working methods derived from business consulting and human resources practices.
Sensitivity to human issues, crisis management, and multicultural environments through seven years in the humanitarian sector.
A systematic process: initial contact, diagnosis, agreement on objectives, performance indicators and terms, intervention, follow-up, closure and evaluation of results.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Individual coaching sessions are scheduled every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the issues at hand. They can take place in person and/or remotely.
- Group coaching is defined jointly: it includes a preparation, consultation, design, intervention and follow-up phase.
- The consulting framework is established following an explicit request or consultation with project or department management.
We tailor all our support services to the cultural and linguistic diversity (French/English) of your organizations.
